Don’t Panic!
Upon awakening, if you find yourself channeling energies you never knew existed, Don’t Panic! I found myself channeling 6-12 different energies a night (I work 3rd shift) while at work and for a while I thought I was becoming a multipule personality because I had a strange recollection of self (sort of) while channeling.
Just remember, channeling energies is not like channeling deceased humans. You are left with this awareness because you are doing this to learn perspective, and once you are awake, you will see the relevence.
What is it like, to channel energies? Is it just hearing a voice in your head? Or is there a definite presence that accompanies it? Do you see anything?
Communication has always been difficult for me, both in the physical and the spiritual realms. Do you have any advice for someone who’s never done this before and needs help?
The answer to your first 3 questions truly depend on the strength of the energies you channel. Now it is common to just feel the energies but a select few out there can in fact sense the spirits that are connected to that energy “frequency”. Now as to helping you channel: It works best for me when I meditate in a quiet area with no distractions. It may be different for you, but try anything you can to relax.
perhaps from a child I had strange unexplained sensations I remember telling my mother ‘mum I feel odd as if im not really here’ she obviously would tell me not to be silly a feeling of if I allowed it I would float away as I have developed I guess I managed to cope with these feelings so as they didn’t interfere with my everyday existence more recently I have been having physical vibrations and im not quite sure what these are id be grateful if anyone could enlighten me please love and happiness xx
What they reminded me of is astral projection:remote viewing. But also in meditation I’ve become very “airy” at times and without proper grounding have felt very “not all here”.
Having trouble connecting
I’m having trouble figuring out how to improve my awareness and understanding. I have most symptoms of being a starseed (or some sort lol) and I believe I very well could be. I’m only 19 years old female troubled upbringing just recently started letting out suppressed / repressed emotions and trying to overcome the odds. But my difficulties with connecting spiritually is having no one close who even believes or has an interest in … (Awareness/Awakening?)

To attempt an answer to your query/statement: Yes indeed, in general the right sort of people and energy fields are a great resource. So the question would seem to be, where do you live and how might you find appropriate support there?

I found meetup.com to be a good starting point for meeting like-minded people in big cities. If you live somewhere out in the countryside then of course it will be more difficult.
Remember that your thoughts create your reality, so rest firmly in the belief that the right people will come into your life at the right time. Don’t feel bad about not having them in your life yet. Trust that everything is happening as it is meant to.

Hi lucinda! I am new to this site and I know that it has been a while since you have written this so I hope you are feeling better. I can understand what you are going through and I would like to say that you are most definitely not alone! To connect to others, you must connect to yourself (I know.. cheesy) and the only way to connect with yourself is to accept your emotions and learn to love even the shit ones. No one on this planet will ever figure themselves out, because the human mind and soul is something that will always change. Stick to your morals and beliefs, and you will be able to filter out negativity and accept the wonderful abilities you possess!

Tim here. To be honest the forum isn’t very lively at the moment, although I’m hoping to change that when my life gets a little more settled and I have the time. I see your IP suggests you live in the USA, possibly Texas? I live in Germany, and my co-admin Anna, my daughter, also lives and works here. I don’t know of any starseed websites in the US of A, but there may well be. Perhaps the articles already on this website can be of help. The most recent is the PDF linked in the right sidebar “Starseeds and the galactic community”. But even that I would rewrite a bit, as my understanding has matured a bit since then. Are there any particular topics on your mind?
